Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, evidence-informed approach that helps you understand the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours on a one-to-one basis. 


Through CBT, we focus on:


  • Exploring thinking and behaviour patterns that may be holding you back


  • Developing practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or low mood


  • Building long-term strategies to cope effectively and feel more in control


  • Finding clarity, confidence, and direction in your life


Sessions are personalised, collaborative, and paced to your needs. Typically sessions are up to 1 hour on a weekly basis. We tailor the number of sessions around your specific needs. You can attend online or in person.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a discreet, 1:1 approach for understanding and identifying strategies for dealing with conflict at work, home, or elsewhere.


Through conflict coaching, we focus on:


  • Exploring the conflict in a safe, structured space


  • Understanding your role, options, and feelings about the situation


  • Developing strategies to move forward constructively and confidently


  • Building practical skills to manage future conflicts more effectively


Sessions are individual, focused, and solution-oriented, delivered online or in person. Typically sessions are up to 1 hour on a weekly basis. We tailor the number of sessions around your specific needs.
