Connecting the dots between happy people & high performance

Conflict Management

Friction occurs in all professional relationships but managed effectively it often improves performance. Yorway offer mediation and conflict coaching to support teams and individuals struggling to navigate conflict themselves.


We facilitate honest, often long-avoided conversations, to uncover what's been going on and to truly, sometimes for the first time, appreciate the other perspective. This deeper understanding allows individuals and teams to acknowledge behaviours and the motivations behind them. We work towards mutual agreements which offer clear next steps for individuals and teams involved.


Totally impartial, we offer mediation for two or more individuals, typically over a full day, with private scoping sessions in the morning and a joint session in the afternoon. 


Always confidential, conflict coaching supports individuals who are unable to participate in mediation. We offer a maximum of three 90-minute sessions to build self-reliance, typically delivered two-weeks apart. 


Together, these approaches educate and empower teams to prepare for challenging conversations, resolve tension and progress with purpose.

Team Health Tools

We offer single-use and ongoing Team Health tools that monitor the underlying sentiment within your organisation - like a tripwire, we get indicators and warnings about potential problems.


Always anonymous, we support leaders and managers to build honest but psychologically safe forums, for candid thoughts to be shared. 


Our tools are fully automated - we've taken care of the design, hosting and maintenance of Team Health dashboards, offering analysis and business intelligence to be considered at your convenience. 


Combined with our other services, routine Team Health tools provide a powerful end-to-end solution to identify issues early, allowing appropriate interventions to be taken before team challenges escalate out of control. 

Training & Coaching

Our aim is to provide the ladder to help your people climb to the top, so our focus is on building self-reliance rather than creating a dependency on our support. 


We offer a range of training and coaching workshops, all grounded in core cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, that help you and your teams understand the relationship between thoughts, behaviours and emotions in a range of workplace contexts.
